30-Day Returns
You may return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In its original condition with tags attached

Returned in the original packaging

Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to make a change?
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered processing or shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you're welcome to request a return once it has been delivered.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size?
Simply contact our support team and we'll be happy to help arrange an exchange.
Once your returned item has been received and approved, we'll ship your replacement as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Unless your item is defective or we made an error with your order, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided by our support team after your request has been approved.

European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
